Line Inductance Stability Operation Domain Assessment for Weak Grids With Multiple Constant Power Loads

Weak grids are gaining considerable attention since power generation resources remote from constant loads (CPLs), which results in low-frequency/harmonic oscillation. Meanwhile, due to the play, and plug demand of modern system, line inductance weak often changes, is also regarded as variation regarding short circuit ratio (SCR). Based on this, conventional impedance-based stability operation point assessment approaches should be expanded into domain approach considering variation. Therefore, stability-oriented for with CPLs proposed this paper. Firstly, source impedance matrix grid, load admittance separately built. Secondly, an improved forbidden criterion through related mapping transformation process, has lower conservatism than two previous criteria. Thirdly, switched condition that intermediate matrices Hurwitz. directly obtained these matrices, guardian map theory. Finally, simulation, experiment illustrate less conservatism, high efficiency.
